Responsibilities of Hotel Clerk:
- As the face of the property, your primary challenge as a Hotel Clerk is to greet incoming guests enthusiastically, register them efficiently, and make a first impression that fosters a positive relationship throughout their stay
- Performs the necessary steps to complete the guest checkout process
- Addressing guest concerns throughout their hotel experience
- Making appropriate selections of rooms and promoting hotel services would be an essential part of upgrading guest experiences
- Creates and administers marketing programs targeting new guests and assists them upon their arrival
- Guests will enjoy a warm greeting and welcome packet upon arrival, offering room keys, tokens of gratitude, and other special gifts
