The Front End Cashier is an important position within our hotel, as employees will be responsible for greeting and registering guests and facilitating their check-out process. Responsibilities of Front End Cashier:

• You play a vital role in the guest's experience as a Front End Cashier, by providing a warm welcome, facilitating their check-in process, and ensuring they have a positive first impression of the facility
• Performs the necessary steps to complete the guest checkout process
• Tackling guest predicaments encountered during their stay at the hotel
• The enrollment process is completed by issuing electronic keys after choices of rooms are made based on guest requirements
• Provides guests with pertinent details about their room location and coordinates assistance from team members to accompany them
• Guests will enjoy a warm greeting and welcome packet upon arrival, offering room keys, tokens of gratitude, and other special gifts

Qualification of Front End Cashier:

• Meeting the requirements for graduation from high school or its corresponding equivalent
• Possessing a can-do attitude and effective communication skills are crucial factors in realizing success
